Upcoming Training Center Events:
February BOOTCAMP begins the week of Feb 16th on Tuesday or Thursday evenings. Our Cycling BOOT CAMP offers guided, structured workouts once a week to benefit cyclists of all ages and abilities! The Feb/March camp will focus on building riders strength, power and efficiency at threshold. Perfect for Time Trialing and Hill Climbing.
Functional Strength Training on Thursday afternoons. Our NEW Functional strength class involves whole-body strength exercises designed to train the specific movements involved in cycling and running.
