Upcoming Training Center Events:

  BOOTCAMP has started and the classes are FULL, so we have added an additional Power Conditioning Class for March.  We now offer this coach led class on Wednesday's at 4:30 and 6:30pm, plus Thursday's at 5:30pm.

Check out the new Time Trial Training Series for March.  This power-based Computrainer series will focus on techniques to improve your time trial performance, with special emphasis on time trial pacing. Sessions will run for 3 consecutive weeks with an initial power test on your TT bike.

LOOK for our SPRING SKILLS Clinics in APRILRoad Cycling 101 provides an introduction to Group riding.  We work on thefundementals of how to ride with others on the road -- riding close to others safetly and comfortably, drafting, riding a paceline and other fundamentals.  We are also offering clinics on CORNERING, Time Trials and Climbing.  Be sure to check the April Calendar for full details.

Try our Core & Base Training CLASS from NOON to 1:30 OR 5:30-7pm on Mondays.
